If you're looking for beautiful, spacious floor plans in Lake County then you need to check out Maronda Homes in Villa Pass. We selected to build the Venice model and we are totally in love with it. Go see Angela Roix, she was the Maronda Homes agent that took care of us from start to finish! Angela is professional, knowledgeable of the area, and so personable which made the whole buying process so easy with her. Any issues or bumps in the road during the building process were addressed right there and then by Angela.
Overall, great experience! This is the 3rd house we've built, all with different builders, and I will say, this is by far the best house in regards to options and final product.

Angela, our sales representative in Villa Pass, was awesome. She was very knowledgeable imparting the information we needed. She’s always available and will promptly return your call if you don’t get her right away. I recommend you using Angela if your desire is to make Villa Pass by Maronda your future home

They got a star for having a great realtor (Angela) who helped follow up and get the process done because our mortgage lender Zak Zouhari was like talking to a ghost, no help, no guidance and when you spoke to him he was always rushing you off the phone. They got a star for finishing the house but once they finish a house they forget you exist. How is it that a new house has so many defects?! And when you call their warranty department they never come out to the property to make inspections. Not to mention we paid for pavers that were never delivered to the house, which at this point is a breach of contract. The HOA charges you $150/ month for WiFi and cable but the WiFi is constantly going through repairs so you have no service… I feel bad for people that work from home. If that wasn’t enough of a headache now we have to pay for the builders errors!! They came out in December to fix our faulty sprinklers system which had no electricity running to it and when they fixed it they left it running everyday for 45 mins which led to a $2000 water bill! When we contacted the builder in regards to this they say it wasn’t their fault, yet we have it on camera that they were the only ones who touched the sprinkler panel. Perhaps all the trouble of getting this house was a giving sign that we should’ve gone elsewhere.
