Tolaris Homes is a very unique custom home builder. I work with many in the surrounding area, but Tolaris provides some of the most exciting floor and elevation plans around . It’s pretty surreal how Rick , meets with every homeowner and together they design the custom home that meet each persons ideas and needs . He works with home owners at every stage . He’s always willing to change any or add to the home per homeowners request at any stage in production. That’s tough to do on a custom home but he does what homeowners needs to provide high quality satisfaction. Very proud to be able to be working on his team .

Tolaris has been a great resource to us. We are relocating to the Sanford area. Rick has been extremely generous with his time and knowledge and helped us understand what is important about Florida home construction. I have seen several of his builds in the resale market and the quality is excellent and standing the test of time.
