They don't cover warranties, in other builder roofs come with warranties of up to 10 years, Park Square uses the worst quality for their homes. Buy your home from another responsible builder, not this company with terrible customer service and poor-quality homes.

These guys are on top of their game that’s for sure. I worked with Russell in Fruitland Park. After seeing countless homes all over central Florida, Russell was the only one who didn’t have the used car salesman vibe. He’s also the ONLY agent that actually sat me down and asked me questions about what exactly I was looking for. He uncovered all of my needs and wants first, then started showing me some of his homes. Which was completely different from other new home agents. Most others would just start showing me homes without even asking me what I wanted first. In most cases showing me the exact opposite of what I wanted. But Russell took the time to just have a simple conversation with me first. Then he knew what I wanted and showed me exactly what I wanted. He was honest, not pushy and I felt like he just cared. I didn’t feel like I was just another customer to him. And that was very different from everywhere else I visited.
We purchased from him and PSH. And the entire process from front to end was something I could only describe as flawless. And it didn’t end with Russell either. Everyone involved with this home purchase was a pleasure to deal with. We had our own building inspector check the home. He put a list of minor (very minor) things together. We gave that to PSH and they had every single item on that list corrected within about a day. Which blew my mind.
The sale of our old home got delayed which resulted in a slight delay of our closing with our new home with PSH. At first I panicked but Russell and the whole team at PSH were super cool about it. They worked with us and didn’t give us any problems at all. And even the closing table with the PSH title company was exceptional.
If I buy again in the future, my first call is going to Russell and I’m probably buying a Park Square Home!
