We worked with Tyler over the course of two weeks to make our design selections and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! I was very overwhelmed by all of the choices we had to make, but Tyler answered our MANY questions and helped us make the best decisions based on what our design vision was. I really appreciated that there was never any pressure to make any upgrades, it was all our choice based on what we were comfortable spending. I also really trusted Tyler’s opinions & advice, I felt I could rely on him for honest opinions which is so important during this process. On top of all that, he was a true pleasure to work with, we had so much fun chatting with him. My only complaint is that our design studio process is done and we won’t be working with him again. We can’t recommend him enough! Thanks Tyler & KB Homes for making this an easy process for us!

Well, I have no words to even begin to explain what a fantastic experience I’ve had from start to finish. I’ve been working with Krista with my husband on our new build and wow she is nothing but patient. A true angel. She really was so patient and knew what would be best in terms of customization without overselling making it easier to make decisions. She was able to give good guidance and advice. Such a relief because I was so nervous about this. Thank you Krista!!

Krista was so amazing!! From the very beginning starting our virtual meet, she was so kind and understanding of what my wife and I needed. The second tour she really took all the time to answer any questions we had. She was very personable and funny as well making such a stressful decision so much easier. So sweet!
