From the very beginning of the process, this community did everything they could to help us buy our first home. From fantastic incentives offered by the builder, to the amazing service we received by the onsite team, every step was a joy. As with all new builds there have been a couple of minor fixes needed, but the team is so responsive and makes fast work.
I cannot say enough about our Sales Rep Jeffrey, and Construction Manager Blake.
Jeffrey was welcoming and informative during our consultation and the way he presented the offers and pricing was the main reason we entered contract within 6 hours of meeting him and seeing the model home.
Blake takes huge pride in his projects and it shows in the way he communicated with us through the final stages of the build (the house was 95% completed when we entered contract) and how he arranged every single finish/fix to our full satisfaction before we moved into the home.
We have been in the home for a week, and we are already being welcomed by friendly neighbors, and Blake is still checking in with us from time to time.
While I don’t foresee us moving for several years I will definitely consider a Centex/Pulte home in the future. Not just because of the quality of the home, but mostly the incredible people they hire.

I recently purchased a new townhome with Centrex and couldn't be happier with the experience. Jeffrey at the sales center was excellent, guiding me through every step with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. The construction manager, Jenna, was also incredible, ensuring that everything was up to standard and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. From start to closing, the experience was seamless with constant updates and clear communication. Thank you, Centrex, for making my home buying journey so smooth and enjoyable!

Beautiful home BUT 21 problems with this place from the mundane (missing screws in door hinges) to the obscene - blocked sewage one month in! Dishwasher leaked on first use. Front door not hung straight, took two months to get screens for sliding door when I was promised then in two weeks, that stains on tub, door to garage does not close properly, wrong drain pan installation broke washing machine and it took months to resolve - meanwhile area manager promised me he’d make me whole for cost of having to use a laundry for my clothes - still waiting! Shower head in master bath not firmly attached to wall. And on and on. Only gave a two because I love the layout and my view. But I will never buy another Centex/Pulte home
